Though work environments have changed, our commitment to our customers remains the same. Keeping this in mind, we have launched an initiative through our website to offer customers buy smartphones online and delivered at their doorsteps in Lucknow.

At this time of crisis, when going out to physical store is challenging, we thought of bringing the store digitally to customers. Our online facility aims to help customers to shop the product of their choice from home and stay safe. All orders will be delivered within 12 hours in compliance of the norms and guidelines prescribed by the government for zones created in COVID 19 crisis, thus aiming ZERO contact delivery.

As we continue to navigate the changing tides posed by this pandemic, our priorities remain the same, the safety of our customers and our employees. Whether eMobilekart’s employees are performing critical work in stores, in the field, in our warehouse, across our supply chains or remotely, we are enabling them to do their jobs as safely as possible to deliver you the best.

Our dedicated team is proudly meeting our pre-pandemic service-level agreements for you, including festive season support. Our stores are staffed with critical employees and we have focused on their safety, including physical distancing protocols and higher cleaning procedures. And we’re continuing to deliver remote-managed services and door to door deliveries for you without interruptions.

As a result, we found below changes in past few months of COVID 19

● 7 in 10 consumers have changed their traditional shopping habits.

● More than 50% of consumers have ordered products online that they would normally buy at the store

● Nearly 6 in 10 consumers say they are worried about going to the store due to fear of being infected

While some of these changes are no doubt temporary, others will be permanent.
